When opening a website from a different computer in dreamweaver select the site option form the top bar and then edit the site under the manage site window. The Local site folder should be set up to where you files are used for the website.

Javascript creates roll over images, without processing the coding manually.
Select Image, Insert Image, Rollover image, and a new window should appear.
Alternate text, is the text that is picked up when search for when using the net. The website can be usable through the understanding of what each image is via it alternate text name.

When creating a new page from a template its pretty self explanatory. You goto file new page from template then select your previously saved template.
